The cheese factory Dona Cobiña, from the Cobideza cooperative, participates in the Alimentaria Barcelona 2018 fair. It comes as a co-exhibitor through the Craega in the stand of organic products of the Ministry of Agriculture. Dona Cobiña, who yesterday received the visit of the Councilor of Rural Environment, Ángeles Vázquez, presented her semi-processed cheese of organic cow’s milk elaborated in Agolada.
