Our cheeses are made with the best milk from sustainable grazing farms, where animals graze freely in the Galician lands of Deza, Tabeirós, Terras de Montes and Ulloa. This milk is carefully selected from among all the farms by the techniques of the Milk Quality Service of the Cobideza Cooperative. The artisan process with which the cheeses are made and the great quality of the milk offer you an experience of 100% Galician flavors, where you will really feel the countryside at your table.
